Web Master - DVCC (Oct, 03 2022)
On Friday night September 30th, the Thunder took a trip to East Mesa to race against some of the top teams from the West Region in the 16th Annual Desert Twilight Cross Country Festival. The DVCC Varsity placed 20th in the top-billed Sweepstakes race, with Ty Anderson leading the way in 60th place (16:28). The Thunder JV took 7th place in the Large School Open race, led by Jake Schenach in 34th (18:40). Alex Hammond led the DVCC Freshmen to 9th place in the Large School Freshmen race, placing 15th overall with a time of 19:15.
